  1.  How long will my order take?

Orders typically ship from our Concord NH office within 7-10 business days.  If there will be any delay we will notify you.  Your entire order will be shipped together.

  1.  Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.

  1. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

Yes, we do offer international shipping and can accept credit cards from outside of the United States.  Please contact NHSCOT before placing your order.

  1. How can I pay for my order?

Our Online Store currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

  1. How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can’t wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.

  1. Can I cancel, change or exchange my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns or exchanges are limited, please refer to our returns and exchanges page.

  1. How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items that have received custom embroidery may only be returned if the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, defective, or differ in style, color, size or embroidery than originally ordered.   1. What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our staff will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact us via email.

  1. I received the wrong goods or receive only part of my order, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our staff is here to help make things right. Please contact us via phone or email, so that they can work to get you your goods as soon as possible.
