Along with a completed grant application you MUST provide the following:

Detailed Proposal
One-Page Summary

Two References are required, including a reference from your current teacher. References must be dated within 2 years from the date of receipt of scholarship application. References must be for the applicant only.. (In order to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest, if you take lessons from your parent, please send a reference from another qualified teacher in your field of study.)
The NHSCOT Fund Committee is comprised of individuals with different backgrounds which contributes to our robust selection process. Our interest in preserving the Scottish culture unites us. Please be certain to provide detail surrounding your current level of study as well as your goals.

Additional information may be required on a case by case basis.

Once you have completed the application and attached all required or optional documentation, submit your complete application. Your complete application and all required documents MUST be received prior to the deadline in order for your application to be placed on the docket for review.

Please submit any additional materials you feel would be helpful to NHSCOT FUND committee in reviewing your application for a grant from the NHSCOT FUND.
