DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A DAYTIME ADMISSION TICKET IN ORDER TO ATTEND AN EVENING EVENT?
No, evening concerts, dinners and dances are separate ticketed events from the daytime admission. These tickets are available prior to the Games and many sell out before the Games, so plan to purchase your tickets early. Parking for NH Highland Games & Festival evening events held at Loon Mountain is on-site and free.
DO THE SHUTTLE BUSES RUN FOR THE EVENING EVENTS?
No, shuttle buses only run during the daytime and end at approximately 6 PM each day. Parking for the evening events is on-site and free.

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
You may purchase tickets in advance online at https://nhscot.eclipseticketing.com/public/defaultnew.asp or by calling 1-800-358-7268. Tickets are also available at the gate each day. Events are held rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable. The three-day event is held annually on the third weekend in September.
I AM A COMPETITOR. HOW DO I REGISTER TO COMPETE?
Beginning in late spring competition registrations are available online or for download at https://nhscot.org/competitions/register-competitions. All athletes participating in the Professional, Masters and Amateur events are by invitation of the NHSCOT Scottish Heavy Athletic Committee only.
I WOULD LIKE TO BE A VENDOR AT YOUR EVENT, HOW CAN I APPLY?
Our vendor spaces are usually fully subscribed at least a year in advance. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for future years, please mail in the following: A brief description of your business, photographs or samples of your merchandise and 3 references from other Highland Games or Celtic Festivals. IS THERE ON-SITE PARKING?
Parking is off-site in the town of Lincoln. Please follow the signs to designated parking areas and ride the shuttle bus to Loon Mountain.Special handicapped parking is also off-site in the town of Lincoln. Please follow the signs for this parking and the handicapped shuttle buses.
WHAT DOES THE ADMISSION TICKET COVER? WHAT IS THE COST OF DAYTIME ADMISSION AT THE GATE?
Admission includes all daytime concerts in the main concert tent as well as other NHHG&F venues. Admission to venues for heavy Scottish athletic competitions, sheep dog trials, Highland Dance, Fiddle, Harp, Piping and Drumming and Pipe Band competitions, the Clan Village, Scottish shopping, demonstrations, youth program, and living history area are all included in a daytime admission ticket. Single day tickets are available in advance or at the gate each day. Weekend (3 day) tickets may only be purchased in advance or at the gate on Friday.
WHAT IS THERE FOR CHILDREN?
Bring the family! Children 14 and under accompanying an adult are admitted FREE. Look for the Youth Program, with crafts, games, storytelling and demonstrations on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Passport Program – Children can collect passport stamps as they visit various venues around the games. How many stamps can you collect? Passports are available at the Youth Program, the Information Tent, and the Clans’ Committee Tent. Children, as well as adults, will enjoy the Living History area.
