By checking this box I (Competitor, parent/legal guardian) hereby, for myself, my heirs, representative(s) of my estate, waive and release any and all rights and claims I may have for damages against the New Hampshire Highland Games Committee, their agents or representatives, the owner of the property on which these Games are held, for any injuries and/or inconveniences which may be suffered by me during the 2025 New Hampshire Highland Games & Festival.
