DESCRIPTION:This event has been canceled. – But don’t worry we’ll be back throwing rocks, hammers & trees again soon, and we’ll give you more notice next time!!!\nJoin expert Scottish Heavy Athletic coaches to learn how to toss, hurl and fling Rocks, Hammers and Trees!  You will receive training for the Braemar Stone, Open Stone, Heavy Weight for Distance, Light Weight for Distance, Caber Toss and Weight over Bar.  Athletes will be working in small groups of 4-5 to learn about the equipment, the correct form and the techniques needed to master each of these heavy athletic events.\nA maximum of 30 athletes will be registered to train in the morning.  Competition will follow in the afternoon.\nBoxed lunch and t-shirt are included in the athlete’s $75 registration fee. Please select lunch and what size t-shirt you require. Extra box lunches may be ordered for your guests/family at an additional charge of $15 each.\nWe will require waivers to be signed for Loon and for NHSCOT. We will be following all applicable COVID-19 Guidelines.\n \n
